Buenos Aires, November 19 (NA) -- More than two months after the brutal accident that left him hospitalized in intensive care with a guarded prognosis, Thiago Medina reappeared on television and told about his physical and emotional recovery. The former Big Brother housemate showed optimism but did not hide the impact the accident had on him, which almost cost him his life. Medina stated in Puro Show that his progress is constant and that he has already resumed part of his routine: "I'm better, thank God and thanks to God. I'm already running, jumping and I have exercises to do at home," analyzed the Argentine News Agency. He also detailed the medical consequences: "By removing my spleen, I am more prone to getting sick, but I can lead a normal life." The young man acknowledged that one of the biggest challenges was to regain his weight: "When I was hospitalized I lost 22 kilos, but I have already gained 8. Yesterday I had physiotherapy and I continue with treatments." Medina stated that the accident awakened in him the desire to fulfill postponed goals, one of them is to finish school to study architecture. Finally, he spoke for the first time about what he experienced while in a coma: "I had many dreams and nightmares, which I prefer not to tell." I'm fine, I can walk and run. I dreamed that I wanted to get out, but every time I returned to the same place. Every day I'm a little better. I also had dreams related to faith and religion, which I am going to tattoo on my back where I have the scar. I did not end up in a wheelchair. I have a goal to reach 75 kilos," he commented. Although he was left with several scars, he assured that they do not affect him: "That is the least of it. They had raised that possibility, or even the possibility of dying." Thiago recalled that the first thing he thought upon waking up were his daughters, and he also confirmed a story that circulated as a rumor: "It's true that I proposed to Dani, but I was under anesthesia and she took it as a joke," he said, laughing. It was desperate for me, I didn't listen to my family, but I did listen to my dreams."
